The Vic Country cricket camps service regional areas during the summer school holidays with high quality 2 day cricket camps are for boys and girls. Complete with one Ex Australian Test Cricketer at each clinic each day they cover all aspects of the game. The clinics feature video analysis, modified games, net sessions, centre wicket, speed guns, written reports and we cover all the skills involved in T/20, One Day and Test formats. The camps are run by Shaun's hand selected coordinators and the Test players are invested in developing the junior players attending. We are proud of our outstanding program which has been developed and improved year on year for the past 38 seasons!
The clinics are a 8.30am for 9am start and run till 3pm, parents are welcome to drop and go or can stay on to watch the coaches in action. We have gear (pads gloves bats helmets & protectors) for those that require some and we provide cordial. Lunch is not provided so be sure to pack lunch a snack and your own drink bottle. Coach to student ratio's are 1:12 and our coordinator run's the program, the Test players moves around the groups assisting were he see's fit and the SBCC general coaches are assigned to each group, coaching & mentoring their group over 2 days.
To get the most out of the program please be sure to ask our coaches questions especially the Test players, never be to shy to ask as our coaches are all friendly and are there for the development of all who attend.
