Get ready for an action-packed and educational cricket experience this September! Shaun Brown’s Cricket Coaching is proud to present its September school holiday cricket camps, offering a unique opportunity to train with former Test cricketers and elevate your skills in a fun, safe environment. This September, 2 time World Cup winner Nathan Bracken will be joined by, Victorian legends Ray Bright & Rob Quiney to pass on their expertise.
Clinic Details:
Dates: Available during the September school holidays.
Age Group: Open to boys and girls aged 7-15.
Coaching Focus: The clinics cover all aspects of the game, including batting, fast bowling, spin bowling, fielding, and more.
Groupings: Players are grouped based on age and ability, with the option to request a friend to be grouped with.

The Kew September Holiday Cricket Camp brings high-quality coaching to the North East area these summer school holidays.
These action-packed two-day camps are open to both boys and girls and are designed to develop well-rounded cricketers in a fun, supportive environment. Each clinic features an appearance by a former Australian Test cricketer, who works alongside Shaun’s team of carefully selected coordinators to deliver hands-on coaching across all aspects of the game.
Our camp in Kew has been running at Stradbroke Park for several years, featuring everything from net sessions and centre wicket play to modified games, speed gun assessments, video analysis, and personalised written reports, players gain experience in all three formats: T20, One Day, and Test cricket. With a strong focus on skill-building and mentoring, these camps are an incredible opportunity for young regional players to learn from some of the game’s best.
Clinic Details:
- Event Date: October 1-2, 2026
- Drop-off / Pick-up Times: 8.30am (9.00am Start) / 3.00pm
- Ages: 7-15
- Start Time: 9:00 AM (8:30 AM drop-off)
- End Time: 3:00 PM
- Location:Stradbroke Park, 1369 Burke Rd, Kew East VIC 3102
- Equipment: Pads, gloves, bats, helmets, and protectors are required. If you do not have any gear there will be gear you can borrow.
- What to Bring: Lunch, snacks, and a drink bottle (please note, lunch is not provided)

Graham Yallop
Graham Yallop was a classy Australian left-handed batsman who played 39 Tests, averaging 41.13, including 8 centuries and a remarkable 268 against Pakistan at the MCG. He also captained Australia during the late 1970s, leading the side through a challenging period during the World Series Cricket era.
Rob Quiney
Rob Quiney was a highly respected Victorian batsman who played 96 first-class matches, scoring over 5,000 runs. He represented Australia in 2 Tests in 2012 and was a key member of five Sheffield Shield-winning teams and was a mainstay for the Melbourne Stars in the BBL.
Nathan Bracken
Nathan Bracken was a world-class left-arm fast bowler who played 5 Tests, 116 ODIs and 19 T20Is for Australia, taking 174 ODI wickets. He was ranked the No.1 ODI bowler in the world in 2008 and was a key member of Australia’s 2003 and 2007 World Cup-winning squads, taking 16 wickets at the 2007 World Cup.
Ray Bright
Ray Bright was a highly respected Australian left-arm spinner who played 25 Tests and took 53 wickets, including 4 five-wicket hauls. His career highlight came in the famous 1986 tied Test against India in Madras, where he took 5/94 in the second innings and played a crucial role in Australia pushing India all the way to the final ball.
